Cancelation Policy

At Refined Massage Therapy, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients, which is why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. In order to best accommodate everyone, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and when cancellations occur on short notice, it can prevent us from filling that spot with another client who may be in need of our services. If we are unable to fill your appointment, you may incur a full charge for the missed session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us maintain the highest standards of care and ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve.
